OW dumped WH after my scene on Wed. I will be seeing her tonight at T-ball, any suggestions on how not to rip her freaking hair out? Or make fun of her, or just look at her without gagging? Help please!

I don’t even think your outburst was totally non-MB: it was exposure, just exposing OP to the facts that WS is playing both sides of the field... (I think BS's are allowed a few LB's, dont you?) Behave with grace and dignity. Be the belle of the ball. Let her tear her own hair out when she sees just how composed you can be.
Just remember, she'll be shaking in her boots when she sees you. Maybe you can give her big cheesy smile.
Try not to make her feel important by losing your head.
Remember what a wonderful fabulous person you are and she is nothing.

NO dought on who you are , a strong, wonderful women who is full of life and worthy of only the best. also alittle I"M better then you NY attitude. NO need for hair ripping unless she starts it then by all means make her bold . <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Ok I got nothing for ya girl ,,don't be nervous . Thanks I know you are all right. I am going to go ahead and go and hold my head up high and be proud of the morals that I have and what I have in life. Yes I am positive that she dumped WH, or else he told her he didn't want to really be with her, one way or the other they are not together anymore for fact. I am not sure what our relationship is exactly right now and that is okay with me, as I am not sure now what I want either. I know one thing, I will definately make her squirm in the worse way. I have lots of friends I am going with and we will laugh and chat and she will wonder her brains out. I will post when I get back and let you know what happens, I am sure it will be uneventful other than her squirming. I will look my best and strut my stuff just as she does.....LOL.......Ewwwww.

Okay,
All went well. She was there, I was there. We saw each other. All hair is still intact. I sat with dignity and honor and watched my friends daughter play. She knew I was there though, and disappeared for most of the game to take her son to the bathroom....ha ha. Anyhow, she stared holes in the back of me on my way out. As if I had done something wrong...hmmmmmmm.

As always God was there to chain me to my chair....LOL. I was a very outstanding citizen, even though I really didn't want to be. There was a huge part of me that wanted to say see that nasty lady over there well she took your daddy away. But I said nothing, nothing at all. I love my kids soooo much and I think she will have a hard time sleeping today after seeing the two wonderful children she hurt. I mean there has to be a conscience in there somewhere right? Maybe she could just dig it out for a few minutes and feel it, ya know then put it away again and move to the next married man. WH is due to come today, not really sure how to act around him. I mean of course I will be me and no one else, never been a good actress. But I don't know where our R is going or what I want right now. I don't want to LB or fight with this upcoming surgery and all. I think I will just let things slide for now. He knows how I feel about him.
