I still have them about 3 times a week (maybe more if I'm not remembering them) Still seekings post makes me wonder if all BS go through this. I'm pretty sure we do.

Most of my nightmares are about my h with another woman, or him saying he loves someone else. Last night I dreamed that I was dying and (for some reason) I was standing on a second floor balcony and saw OW and her new bf in the yard below. In my dream she had lost about 70 lbs and looked really good. Her bf said "hey sorry to hear you are dying" and they both started laughing.

I woke up still upset about it and remembering back to when she informed me that I was a terrible person and I would pay for all the awful things I had done "Karma". I never had any idea I was so awful! Good thing I had an adulteress homewrecking sl*t around to tell me! I might have gone through life believing I wasn't so bad.

Are you taking anti depressants? I don't take them and I never have bad dreams. I think my waking hours are my bad dreams.

Speaking of bad dreams - I drempt about the A when it was happening. It was very detailed, identifying the class of person my H was involved with and that she was a virgin.

Spookie. There is no way I could have known that stuff. But apparently our brains compute data and even though we aren't aware of it, when somethings don't add up, we compile an overview and draw conclusions. I was spot on - and I was thousands of miles away from the situation. The scientists think this explains intuition.

I hope dreams aren't intuition! Mine are sometimes really horrible.

I also have the bad "dreams" during waking hours. Thoughts that just pop into my head. I hate that!

I take a sedative to help me sleep. The dreams usually happen on nights I don't take it but sometimes on nights I do.
