Hello! I will give you a little bit of back ground on my sitch! My W started acting strange in July 2003 and left me in August of last year and I found out she was seeing a OM in November. When I found out, I got the "He's just a friend" speech. After some time, I learned she was having an A with a younger man. She filed for divorce in March and since then has moved the OM into her small apartment with my two children. She continues to lie about the OM living with her and continues to treat me poorly. She has my children lie for her.
The OM is a 27 year old who was living with his parents at the time. He has lost every job he has ever had and is known as a "Womanizer" He has a daughter from a past relationship whom his mother and father raise. He lost his last job because of allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor. He is known to like little girls and seemingly has gotten away with what he has done. He has also been involved with other married woman and has caused problems with marriages in the past. The W denies anything is wrong with the OM and protects him to the end. She sees him as a great person!
I am at a loss over this and have no clue how to handle the sitch. She is in such a fog, I see that we are over and there is never going to be a chance in us getting back. She is happy and has found the man of her dreams.

YOU hire a lawyer today...
you go to court..
you fight tooth and nail to get your children safe..
you spend every waking breathing moment getting your children to a safe place...

you petition for restraining orders
you hire a private investigator

you subpeona his parents who are raising his child and get testimony to what a deadbeat he is....

you get your children safe away from him
you get your children safe away from him
you get your children safe away from him
the hell with her fog...YOUR children...the children you brought in this world to protect need to be safe...
ifthey are in an unsafe environment...then it is your job to get them to safety....

I would do what ever I have to do to protect my children...
there is no question about what you should do...

YIKES!

Ruinedman,

You have what I see to be a very dangerous situation here involving your children.Infidelity aside they are in DANGER being with/near this OM.I agree that you have to get some legal action going pronto. This guy sounds like a nut case and your children need YOU,the stable parent to help them get out of that home.

Make the children your priority right NOW.I know you may be hurting because of what your WW is doing but your children have no other advocates.Get busy and call a Lawyer right away!

Your WW is unable to see the danger the kids are in...even the whisper of "liking young girls" should have scared her. She's not thinking straight.

You need to be the rational adult here. Protect the kids. Children are unable to protect themselves from predators. That is why they need responsible adults to protect and cherish them.

Your #1 priority, at this moment, is the protection of the kids! To heck with WW, at this point, your kids need you!

I have hired an attorney and I am doing everything I can do. The OM wasn't charged criminally over what he did. The W knows what happened and still denies it. She tells me its just small town talk. She never believes anything I tell her and she tells me I am making things up. I get told be nearly everyone, "Isn't your W seeing that guy who likes little girls?" Why would my W, ever after hearing a hint of what he may have done, move him in with her?

Ruined, why don't you just pick up your kids and let her worry about proving that she can raise them in an appropriate environment? You have the ultimate responsibility for protecting your kids.

If your wife won't do it, then that responsibility falls on you. The courts are not responsible or liable for your children, YOU ARE!
