WH came by for dinner tonight (his idea). Things did not go well. We had a talk after dinner and the fog that I thought was lifting is back in full force. I asked him if he was still seeing the OW. I don't think he thought he was still having an A because he's not sleeping with her right now. He didn't seem to like the fact that I pointed out that he is still cheating on me because he is talking to her and going to happy hour with her. He just doesn't ever see it working out between us. I told him I didn't understand how he could justify what he did and not even seem to feel bad about hurting me. He didn't like it when I told him he was choosing to be an adulter who walked out on his pregnant wife and that is something he is going to have to life with the rest of his live. Maybe I did want him to feel guilty but that is still a very true statement.

I don't want to cut off contact but I don't see what choice I have. Right now he'll go to happy hour with her (I don't think alone) and call me the next day. He doesn't see a problem with this and he doesn't think contact with her has anything to do with our problems. Plus it rips my heart out each time. Everytime I think I'm starting to cope he does something else that sets me back.

My biggest question is regarding the baby. I don't want to punish the baby for his actions. A baby needs a father and I don't want to take my anger at WH out on the baby. He told me earlier today that he wanted to be there for the sonogram next month when we would find out the sex. I don't know if I should let him. And later down the line I don't know if he should be there for the birth if things are the same.

I'm going to go draft a Plan B letter and when I get back (I'm going out of town tomorrow to visit relatives for the weekend) I can decide if I want to give it to him. Plus that gives him the weekend to think about what I had to say tonight.
