Recently I read a post that compared regret and remorse. I am not sure whether it was in Recovery or GQII. Can't remember who posted it, or if it was in a post within a thread....sorry, I have CRS lately...
If anyone recognizes this and can tell which thread or the link, I'd appreciate it!
Thanks!!

There have been a lot of posts that reflect on regret and remorse. Have you used the search engine on MB to find which one in particular caught your eye?

Yes, I tried but didn't come up with the one I saw.

Well I have searched every forum from here to Sunday...cannot find what I read a few days ago on remorse vs. regret. I even checked the SI forum where I have lurked a bit. GRRRR...

Ok anyway, if anyone has any comments they'd like to share about this subject, I'd appreciate it.

What I am looking for is how can you tell the difference between regret for the A as opposed to true remorse for the A? Is there a difference? Sounds odd but I am trying to decipher some of H's behaviors in regards to his reaction to me when we "get into" talking about the A.

Thanks!

(this is also posted in recovery)
