You are sounding much better.

Have you started taking anything ie AD's? I read your comment on another thread about the post A combo and I thought it was good to see you getting your(dry Aussie) sense of humour back.

BTW we beat the poms, we beat the poms.

Hi Jenny, No I've not started on anything yet. Will wait to see how CV goes. I've learned a bit more about PMS (on line) and there's something called PMDD which is pre menstral dysphoric sydnrome. It is PMS but worse than PMS - it includes major depression and severe anger and irritability. (sounds pretty much me!)

Just reading about this helped me feel there was a reason for being so bad. I'm now back in the wrong phase and am trying to not let it grip me so proundly (or I could try to teach a pig to sing!). I only had a few good days but during those days the A seemed much further away.

I've always had trouble with PMS - but was really doing well when the A hit - with diet and exercise. But since the A, my diet has been anything I wanna eat and back on alcohol - which is not a good thing for me personally. I really have to change my diet again. BUT it's soooooooooooooo hard. I'm petite and it seems such a big effort to get off sugar, caffiene, alcohol, butter, cheese bla bla bla. (all of those things are counterproductive when hormones are messed up).

Of course anti depressants are the main drug offered for PMS. (I can't seem to get away from it!!) I think I've got an addiction to orgasms. Honestly - why am I being so STUBBORN????

thank you for asking How was your big nite btw?

Big night was very good. H watched the rugby on the big screen and I propped up the bar. Seriously, that was a good thing - it was a load of fun watching the rugby with a bunch of kiwis. During the rugby I got the pianist in the bar to play me a couple of songs. He thought "stand by your man" would be good. If only he knew LOL

Interestingly enough, yuck for any guys reading this, I just got a period again 2 weeks after the last one. So, it looks like here we come menopause.

We had such a lovely time being tourists in our own city. It was funny, on Sunday morning we went to the local market and bumped into friends of H (I don't know them - he met them through the bookshop we own). They asked us back for coffee and we had a LOVELY time with them.

It was such a good weekend. All good bonding and GOOD sex. EEEK again. Do you want details? Not giving them.

Jenny

Did you know O's are very good for PMS. Relax all the muscles etc.

Naaaa, that can't be right! muscles don't have anything to do with PMS. You mean good for period pain?

Btw, H watched the rugby too and did all the ironing while I played on MB's. That's a deal I can live with. I find rugby very dull - though went to some of the Sevens and thought the Kenyans had bods to die for! Guess that's not exactly watching rugby!
