Is it advisable to seek outside counsel in addition to working the plan outlined in Dr Harley's book on surviving affairs?
If so , how does one find a couselor in his area that would be in agreement with these principles?

Regarding your first question: Yes, additional Marriage Counseling and/or Individual Counseling is always advisable.
