I have decided on a course of action that will
1. work on healing the the R
2. destabilize the fantasy of the A
3. Ensure that if the stalled D finalizes, I won't end up broke, homeless and childless.

Tall order, so if anyone has ideas for 1,2,or 3 please share I want to start on 2. next week as mandatory mediation begins...

If you should ever get to 3... get yourself a GOOD lawyer and prepare for the absolute, unimaginable, worst case scenario. You'll probably won't need it but it will make you stronger now.

I already have a GREAT L. He actually is the H of my wife's best friend, so there is already drama there. Because they are appalled at the A, and they actually want the marriage to be reconciled, they are helping me pro-bono (insert more drama here).

3. Starts next week, as mediation is scheduled for next thursday. I'm stalling and sandbagging, of course (or rather, my L/friend is) Thanks!
