How does one do a criminal check on a foreign OP?
I'm not expecting to find anything necessarily -- on the other hand, it wouldn't surprise me.

How foreign? Are they in an English-speaking country or Russia or India or somewhere like that?

Unless they live in the United States you can't. Other people living in other countries have right to their privacy. Or you can go to the country they live in and ask, but if its a European country, they won't give it to you unless you're an FBI agent and you claim its for the new "Terrorist" act. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Check out your local area on the OW. What she is or isn't in her country may not be something you can get ahold of. R u looking for a pattern of being an OW and running? A woman who starts A's for $$ is one to be watched. She has been here for a while so she may have already slipped if that is her MO.
