My WW has agreed to NC, and tells me that she has NC w/OM. But how can I be sure? She changed her cell #, but how do I know she didn't give new # to OM? In plan A, how to you verify NC w/o LBing?

well there's always cell records, email...changing
all contact information and having the WS account for time away.
If its an internet related affair you can install spy software to track her internet habits. If the WS has a cellphone have them give you the cellphone and they get a new one. Access numbers to voice mail should also be handed over.
It can be done though it sounds tiring and more like a spy movie...sorry friend but those are the options I'm seeing.

You will know she's serious when she sends a no contact letter, written together, and opens up her life to you. Meaning that she gives you all passwords to voicemails and lets you see the cell phone record online, etc. Its not a lovebuster to expect and ask for those things.
