You told me yesterday that today is your anniversary. I know this will be a tough day for you to get through and I wanted you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you today. Hold your head up, breathe, put one foot in front of the other, keep going. I am not where you are but soon will be. I feel your pain and I'm sorry you have to go through this. I pray for your serenity today especially today.

Thanks Hopeful for your thoughts and prayers.

I have already cried several times today and its not even noon yet. I keep telling myself its only another day, but its not. I don't know if my WH will try to contact me, but since I'm in Plan B, I'm going to avoid his calls.

I don't know what will be worse not hearing from him or him trying to call me. I still have pictures of us around the house. I can't bring myself to take them down. Mostly I have three reactions. 1) I want to throw the pictures across the room. 2) Cry, wondering how he could do this to us 3) Smile, as I remember the good times.

I'm trying to stay positive. I am off to see my in-laws. They have been so supportive of me. I don't have any family, both my parents have passed on and I am an only child. My WH and I don't have any children, we tried last year but with no results.

I do believe in my marriage. I know I married a wonderful man even though he doesn't exist right now. I pray that the fog will lift. I do believe God will get me through this, no matter what the outcome. I just got to stay true to myself and not sink down to a level where the WH and OW are at.

I know what you are going through and I wish I can tell you things will get better soon. It has only been four months since my separation, I still do cry but I do feel myself getting stronger. Next to the pain, the loneliness is the hardest part. I do miss him so much.

I'm trying my best to work on myself, and my career keeps me busy.

Thanks for thinking of me on such a tough and emotional day.
