Dear Frank,
I am so proud of you! Following your posts on this subject it is clear that you have come a long way in understanding what you need to do in your situation.

You have taken control of the issues in this that you CAN control. Seeing a lawyer and getting on track to protect your D is the best thing you could do.

Your W is in an affair and in the FOG, things very often play out badly in these situations and the WS eventually sees what they have given up. At this point, I think that you want things to work out and I don't want to dash all of your hopes in that area.

The most important thing here, IMHO... is that you are reacting in a mature manner, with dignity and NOT drawing your D in as a pawn. You can live with your decisions regardless of the outcome of the marriage.

Stay on course and be strong. You are taking the steps to protect your family and I applaud you. Ladysing

Good luck, it is very admirable to see you standing up and taking care of your family.
