Welcome to the board! I read your 'skinny' and you seem like you have learned much about yourself. That's good, it was just unfortunate that you (and many others of us here) have had to 'learn' this through the recent incidents we've all gone through. Luckily, its something that we can get through together. Feel free to jump in at any time. I think you have a way with words that many people will enjoy and learn from.

I'm a pussycat, really....my therapist told me the first time I met with her that I am very strong....this was after I melted into a quivering mass of protoplasm in her office....I about ripped her a new one over it. Strong is a word I'd never have described myself as - nor wanted to....I just wanted...um....to be complacent....I've found, though, that I'm a much better person for not wallowing in my ho-hum, I think. Too bad for the wake up call I had to have, but I do think now that I'm a crysalis....in the process of becoming something....better.
