I've been on the board for quite a few months now and although I do not post very often, I do read quite often. Every day, I never cease to be amazed at the strength, kindheartedness and forgiveness that is displayed on the board, mainly by BS's, but also by some WS's. When one looks at the divorce statistics, it doesn't seem that anybody is even interested or committed to marriage anymore, but I believe the contrary. I also believe that if you don't loose your faith in your belief in marriage and a healthy committed relationship, that it is absolutely possible to have another meaningful and happy relationship should a D become unavoidable.

This board has shown me great devastation and pain, but it has also given me hope and a sense that there are many people out there who are willing and able to work things out. Knowing this gives me a great comfort.

Recovery is hard work and there are times when I have questioned whether it may all work out for the best, but reading here always puts me back on track. I have learned so much from everyone here, especially by reading postings from JL, Mortarman, WAT, Ark, Pepperband and numerous others.

One may never know what kind of new curveball life will throw at you next, but I have gained lots of hope and confidence by coming here and reading and sharing ideas and thoughts.

You guys/girls are the best!

Love
Kati

Have a great weekend, RR! It's nice and sunny over here and I'm gonna spend some time at the pool this weekend.

Prayers to you!

Kati
