I was just sitting here feeling sorry for myself because I have to go out and cut the grass, when all I really want to do is go to the island, make a fire, drink beer and gaze at the stars...
Well nobody hates cutting the grass more than me and I just agonize about it continually. I was in one of these moments when a knock happens at the door. Well I wasn't going to answer it, because I just wanted to sit here feeling sorry for myself. But I did. And can you believe it - it was a little boy asking me if he could cut my grass for $5.00. $5.00 can you imagine, I almost kissed him and said I would give him $10.00.
Now thats serendipity!

Ahhhhhhhh....that is a great story. I have not felt very serendipitis lately (did you read my thread about the STTTTTTTTUUUUUUPID thing I did??). Well, anyway, thank you for thinking of me.
Man o man, by the way, you are obviously living in God's favor...even if you were moping a little bit. It was no coincidence that the kid knocked on your door when he did.

By stupid thing you did, do you mean dating someone before enough time had passed?
I went through your thread a few days ago and that is all I can think you mean.
Don't be too hard on yourself, everyone needs some love, romance and comfort. Especially after going through what you have. It is only natural and probably very needed (for the soul you know).
I'm going to go over to your thread and let this one fall off now.
