Yes I keep a log of everthing.It is one of those calenders that they give you at the drug store with the 2in squares...I use a high lighter to color in either the top or the bottom of the square depending if I had D in the morning or all day........It is easy to see if you open it up...I note what time I dropped her off or picked her up I note all calls from WW or to WW...I note all appointments to C or Dr.s..I note all things that happen wrong or right........I note when we go to church or movies.....ect. It pays in the long run and I keep it with me when I am at work incase WW decides to break in to house...........IT is wort it I can't exsress this enough........

Wow - Do I totally agree...When I was trying to piece all the A puzzles together I was having a heck of a time keeping it in my mind. I now have a word doc. table with dates, etc. that I keep on a computer disk. That disk goes everywhere with me - I'm afraid of a paper trail that I'll leave it somewhere. I was finally able to see a pattern and put all kinds of confidential info on it. Just don't copy it to your hard drive..
