Arty: I wouldn't threaten her with physical harm, because I could go to jail for something like that! I have threatened her with exposure at her workplaces and a lawsuit. Threatening her with physical harm could be construed as assault (definition: putting one in fear of being battered). I've got kids and a reputation to think about! Not that I wouldn't like to get my hands on her, but I would never seek a physical confrontation out. If she were to come to me and try to start any type of altercation, your damn right I would defend what's mine.

To me its strange that a person has no right to be on your property unless you give them permission but to destroy you marriage is not an offense. S
