Plan A status- So I'm there - absolutely NO LB from me..we are having conversation, went to lunch a couple of times, spoke of his D upcoming wedding - which I have decided to attend - not going would have been a MAJOR LB - I'm making myself available so he can't get out to see OP as much. BUT,,,,,he is STILL calling OP'S (yes, plural) using a phone card so calls won't show on any phone bills..Though I did find the access codes so I can check how often he's calling (it's daily). THough I can't find out "who" the OP's are..Which is a major bummer..

He seems to have softened and is being nicer to me, seems to include me in certain conversations with others. THough he is still sleeping in another BR - I have not asked him to come back to our BR.

My question is since I KNOW that I am in a "false recovery" (since he's still calling OP's) how long do I play this Plan A game???
I have not contacted OPH yet - I don't plan on doing that until I see what happen after his D wedding - will he ever stop seeking OP's??
If he truly is a serial cheater will I live a life of "false recovery"?
Will he ever just stop?
Will Plan A make him see the "light"?

We have not discussed our M, his A's, Divorce, theraphy, or what our future holds - I figure in Plan A - I don't want to put any known pressure on him to come forward and change his ways or else...I'm just trolling now..It may all be a game to him (which in my mind I'm playing a game too)till his D wedding is over - then he will probably go right back at his dirty deeds.

It's hard living in "false recovery" - but, I feel it's the only thing I can do right now to keep my sanity. I refuse to put my heart on my sleeve again with him still using phone cards..

ithurts...

you are not in recovery...false or true..
you are in plan a...
and i am glad to hear that you are doing OK in it...and glad to hear that he is spending more time with you....

but like I have said...plan a often needs to be followed by plan b....

so pick your time frame...the upcoming wedding...and use this time to line up your duckies....
and write your plan b letter...

and see how things are when the time draws near..

no one would call what you are in recovery...

be well ithurts...
one way or the other this can be temporary way of life...

Ark gives good advice. Stay in Plan A, but be studying Plan B. (And mortarman is going to come up with a battle plan!!!!!!)

In the meantime, I would join a women's support group so you have some kind of support and social life.

Hang in there.
