I am new, but I need an outlet to vent all of my pent up emotions. My wife just told me last night that she wants to separate and sell the house we just bought (we have only been here for three weeks)... We are dealing with past transgressions of lying and spending $$ due to my manic depression...She also feels no support from me in regards to the volatile relationship she has with my son from my first marriage who has add/hd

Hi Olias,

i saw your question about steve in the other thread.

steve harley is the author of this website and the author of the books this website is based off of. for more info click on the "counsel" link found at the top of the page. or click here: Counsel

are you in IC for manic depression?? i know how hard of a disease that is to handle. my sister has been hospitalized many times and has lost jobs due to depression episodes. how are you managing it? i struggle with depression too, my emotions can range from very high to very low. my mom was very much like that too. the point is, i am realizing this myself, depression is something you really have to learn how to manage.

Olias -

Welcome to marriagebuilders. It is a good place to be under the circumstances. Can you give us more details?

You should start in Plan A. Read all about it on the link in my signature line.
