I got my letter from my lawyer.........And I know that WW got hers............I am scared to death...............I never got a hold of WW I gave up trying...........

For the custody hearing ..I did not try calling WW today..........I am calling C tonight at 8:15 to tell her that I tried to call WW and got no responce..........My mom told me last night not to call her........Let her call me.I think that WW is real mad now........I know she got the court papers ..........I am so scared that she is going to bring up the age thing.........She probly did not exspect me to do this ( file for custody) She probly thinks I don't have the ba*** to do it...I bet she was is shock.Now she has the hillbillies telling her what to do..........OM's goffie mother.......and OM.......If she don't show I will be granted custody automaticlly .I am not that lucky.............It said on the papers that WW is living with her paramour....????????

Good deal, Frank. I agree with your mother to stop calling her. She knows your # and continued attempts to call her have resulted in abuse and failure.
If she does call, just hold your ground and remember that she is the one on the wrong, not you!
It's ok if she gets mad, Frank. It can't do anything but teach her to respect you. Now she knows you can't be pushed around.

Well I called C and told her whats been happening. I told her how he just hangs up.......She asked me if there was a way to email her ...I said no.She said that I am trying to look like the good guy so I should write her a letter stateing about her being able to see meagan any time she wants up here......and meagan had something to talkm to her about.......What do you think........And what should say if I do...........She said if I do to keep a copy......Or should I just drop it because of custody papers..........

Frank, she is probably right. This would, hopefully, push your W into coming down and seeing Meagan. And if not, you would have written proof that you tried so she can't claim you "withheld" her D from her.

Frank,
It is CYA time. You write your W a letter, and you explain that you have tried to call and get hung up on by OM, etc. You explain since you don't have any other way to communicate and you want make she gets the letter, you have sent it by "registered" mail. That way you get a receipt that she received it.
Then you tell her whatever you need to about daughter.
Make sure you explain about not being able to contact her in the letter, this is important. Then make sure you send it tomorrow by "registered" mail and request a signed receipt.
And do what your C says and keep a copy of it and make sure the letter is dated.

You know the more I think about it, I think I did what I had to do...I don't think I am evengoing to write.......That just gives her more guilt,,,,,,,, I going to leave it alone and see what happens ........I will leave it alone............Let her be the wondering one.......Let her wonder a bit...I think I am right on this one................

Frank, you are absolutely in the right and she knows it. However, I do wish you would consider JL's idea of sending her a letter just to cover your [censored]. That way she can't possibly say you withheld your D. It is just good insurance.

I suggest "certified mail" that way you know she signed for it.
Registered mail tells you it was sent, that's it. Not that it was accepted by the recipient.
