Hi...
I know I have been ranting and raving for days, and probably sound like an emotional idiot. I have a question tho. What exactly is Plan A, and should I be doing it(whatever it is) even tho we r together right now and trying to make it work? She seems confused on whether she thinks we r gonna work and I dont want to push her further away than she already is.
Anybody?

daddypop, I have a few things to add to the boilerplate plan A stuff, which you absolutely should read.
Now, I don't know if your W is in withdrawal from her latest escapade. Probably not like in a romantic affair. Your W's affairs are more the philandering sort. Or more accurately, the screwed up woman who doesn't know boundaries or commitment sort. But...
It is all giving and no receiving. It's running outside when you feel unloved and screaming at the trees instead of your W. It is recognizing what you did wrong in your M and learning to not do it. But mainly it's filling your spouse's emotional needs like you never filled before.
But at the same time, in your case, your W needs serious help that plan A does not address.
