Me and Meagan went to wal-mart to pick up a few things and a polly pocket for Meagan........We were in there two minutes when cell phone rang.....It was WW .I told Meagan that it was her mom and she got a weird look on her face.I answered it and WW said " Let me talk to Meagan" I said " hold on".......Well the signal in the store is real bad.......WW asked D what was she up to and D told her that we were getting a few things.......D asked WW what she was up too and WW said " I was just thinking of you and was missing you and decided to call......They lost the signal and WW called right back.I got on the phone and told WW to call back in 10 minutes when we will be out of the store....... So I tild Meagan that she needs to tell WW how she feels about not wanting to stay down there and D said that she didnot want to she does not want to hurt WW........So while we were at the drive thru at Burger King WW called again..I gave the phone to D to answer.WW asked D how she was and told D that we will have to get together, and D told WW not at night that she does not want to go down there............WW said that is ok and she started to tell D about her Dance class that are coming up soon and also that band camp is in two weeks......I like how WW does theses things with out telling me...........Well WW told D that she wants to see her soon because she misses her and D said ok and that was it .WW did not want to talk to me....But that is ok.....I'll get over it.............

Frank, have you made it clear to WW that Meagan can't go down there? That news break shouldn't be left to a 10 year old girl. She can't hold her own against her mother, you CAN.

And do you want Meagan to go to dance class and band camp? You have physical custody, not your W. What is YOUR opinion about that?

Frank, I think this is why Meagan feels so nervous talking to her M. It is TOO MUCH for a 10 year old girl to take responsibility for the decision not to go down there. She should not have to face her mother on this.

She is just a little girl who needs the love and approval of her mom.

You need to step up to the plate, Frank, and just tell WW that Meagan isn't coming down there. And then tell Meagan you won't allow her to go down there. That way you take the heat off Meagan. See what I mean?

Take the heat off her, Frank. When W calls back and asks for Meagan, tell her this before you give the phone to D.

Good advise from ML as usual. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

My internet has been down for 3 days so I was wondering how things were going. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Frank, you said that you wanted Meagan to tell your WW that she does not want to go down there. Do you see that this is a problem? She is 10 years old, she should not have to explain why she is uncomfortable. YOU need to tell your WW that you will not bring D to OM's home and that it is your decision as her father.

Make sure your WW knows that the circumstances in the OM's home are the reason, not her. She is WELCOME to call you to set up a visit in your home or a neutral place.

About the camps, who will take her and pick her up? Does that fit with your work schedule or is this a ploy to get Meagan to the OM's house before and/or after. WHO decided on these camps? Your WW moved out and left her D, she cannot be making these decisions right now. Unless Meagan wants to go and you will be providing transportation, I would not allow it.

Frank, Ladysing is right about the camp. That should be YOUR decision, not the W's. She has to get your approval.
