My H spent the night at home last night (in the guest room). I want so bad to go in there and hug and cuddle with him. I miss him so much. I miss his touch. I feel so lonely and need some affection. Eveytime I look at him all I can see is someone eles doing the things with him that I want to do. How do I make it through this????? I'm soooooo lonely!!!!! HELP!!!!!

ok...what can you go do for yourself? Have you ever seen the 180 principles. Sitting there feeling lonely, left out, and heartbroken, while all VERY VALID emotions, will NOT bring your WH home and back into your marriage.
So....what can you do for yourself? Go get a pedicure. Go meet a friend for lunch. Go see a movie. Go to the library and check out some books. Go to a park, have a picnic, and read those books. Go get your hair done. Go to the gym, take a run. Go garden. Go to Home Depot/Lowes, and buy some paint, and paint a room you have been wanting to redecorate.
This (Plan a) is about: * Meeting whatever needs of your WH that he will allow you to meet * Not LBing (and weepy, pathetic, mopey, hurting wife is a LB...it sucks and is incredibly unfair, but, do you want to try and heal your marriage or not) * Being the best person YOU can be.
So.....what are you gonna do??????? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Good for you. And while you are out enjoying the nice summer air, think about this:
You are alive and healthy, with enough strength, two healthy legs, and the ability to walk.
Breath in and out slowly. Think about the sheer fact that you are breathing, that your soul may be hurting, but that you are meant to be here, on this earth, right here, right now, so, don't get too wrapped up in your current circmstance to miss out on all that you have to be greatful for.
Say a silent prayer. Thank God for the opportunity to learn whatever he wants you to learn right now.
Open your eyes. Look around. See any flowers in bloom...see any birds in the air. There is so much beauty around you. Don't you dare let the evil of this disgusting A mess hide life's beauty from you. You deserve to see all of the beauty out there!
Enjoy your walk!
