Why did she call? What happened? I guess you didn't go to jail. Or do they have the internet in jail?

LOL, but not really <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" /> The whole thing is pretty childish.

She was moving stuff in the house and asked me if I wanted a strong box and some papers. I told her yes. She asked me where I wanted them and I told to just leave them where they were. (They have been there for 2 years and contain things from my deceased parents)

She informed me that she "does not want them there anymore" and to move them, or she would move them into the garage for me. I told her I didn't want them in the garage - they have been there for 2 years and now is not the time to start moving my stuff into the garage. (she had already taken pictures of me down, guess she didn't like seeing me while talking to OM)

After she moved my stuff into garage, I told her I was going to clean the curio. I began moving some stuff we had displayed there into the garage. She told me to stop. I told her that I "didn't like them there anymore" and would put them in the garage.

She called to the police on me. She Told the dispatcher I was being beligerent. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

Well that made for a fun Sunday afternoon. I think your wife might be very depressed. I wonder if she would check with her doctor. They can usually tell.

Apparently she really wanted that stuff out in the garage. Has she mentioned it before?

So what did the police say? Did they laugh at her?

This is just amazing...I do hope the police laughed at her..at the very least told her that they do have real crimes to investigate and no time to waste on this crap...

Be careful TJ..sounds like she might be trying to bait you into reacting to her so she can have you 'put out of the house'....try not to take the bait,,,

Yeah, she's jigging you like crazy. I know you won't rise to the bait though, Tom.

I hope the cops laughed. In general though they err on the side of caution and put lots of stock in what's said by a complaintant, even if the person is being foolish. And she can lie as much as she wants. If she does it convincingly, the cops don't have much choice w/r/t getting the two people separated. Oy.

I'm sure you'll let us know how it goes with the finest.

TY, for the replies.

And yes, the cop pretty much said it was a bunch of childish behaivor. And she was right. I never raised my voice or anything else. WW had the court order not to throw anything out and other civil stuff to give to officer. It was nothing of use.

She did ask both WW and myself if we had been pushed or hit. WW said "not this time" And I said we haven't touched each other for two months.

I asked WW what she meant by "not this time" because I've never touched her our entire marriage. Even though I've been hit, pushed and thrown at.

She replied that I pushed her hands away from the computer keyboard when she was chatting with her internet boyfriend. I asked if she was serious???? She told me I made her sick and went into the house.

DreamCatcher, she is trying to bait me, no doubt.

With her behaivor and constant harassment I know she is pushing every boundry I have and trying to provoke me.

She then came out on the porch and told me I need to talk to real friends and not these "sorry groupies" on the internet.

When is your divorce hearing scheduled? Is there any way that you can obtain a copy of the police report for your lawyer? I am guessing that her lawyer will try to turn this into you physically assaulting her, which can't happen if you have a copy of the police report on hand at the divorce hearing. I would try to be over sweet to her for now, as nothing will tick her off more than you not giving her a reaction to her head games.

Sorry groupie? Me? Yeah, I guess she's right about that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

It just seems like something else besides the A is wrong. Your wife is so angry. I know that WS's get angry to make their affair seem okay, but do they get this mad?

When was the last time she was completely happy?

Wow, Tom - keep your cool throughout the rest of this mess and you'll look like a hero. DO NOT deny her the opportunity to look stupid!

I have been trying to keep my cool. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

Believer, I don't know when she's been happy. She's obviously decieved me very well. Told me for the past two years things were getting better and better since I cut back work hours.
I believed she was happy and looking forward.

Tom, your wife is acting JUST LIKE a wayward spouse. Isn't that amazing? You might want to check and see whether she's having an affair.

And yes, she's going to keep acting like this. THIS is what Plan B is for.

Be careful Tom seriously...my W did some crazy stuff a few years ago...made my life miserable and a commissioner WILL listen to her nonsense and file up warrant.

There's no real way to protect yourself from garbage and bogus complaints though..

Just keep your eye on her as best you can...she's lashing out due to her own unhappiness, but I'm sure you know this already <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Stay here with us groupies..we're here to protect and help you. All of my "Real Friends" say dump my WW....she'll be glad you stayed with us "Groupies" if she ever descends from her fog.

Hang in there Tom

DipiT, <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> Hope your headache is better. Oh and Robby is right. Ponytails are definitely an attention getter.

Family Matters,
All my real friends are giving me similar advice. I should Leave the cheating, lying, &$%@!$. And I've found that many of them didn't really like her to begin with, they had feelings she was doing things like this. That surprised me. I thought everyone liked my W. I always bragged about her, never said a bad word about her.

She is embracing her unhappiness, coddling it, and nurturing it. She is depressed and looks so hollow and gaunt.

<img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Tom, who'd have thought pony tails meant so much to men. This board never ceases to educate me! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
