I read some of Welderboy's wife's post last night and just wanted to know if and why or why not others share their posts with the WS.

I WISH that my FWH would read my posts, or any posts.

He is very open to me reading them to him, or asking his opinion, or help for someone else. But I would LOVE for him to just poke around the site himself.

I think the information on this site is invaluable.

I found out only recently that Myad came here and read my posts duirng the last 2 years.

When I asked why he said "moral support, especially during your toughest days" -- I thought/think that was sweet

But it's left me wondering if he ever posted to me. He's such a space cadet he doesn't remember, if he did or not.

Sis: both my wife and I post here.

Ironically, I came here before I made the decision (like there was one! ) to end the EA and completely concentrate in my W & M.

Completely agree with BIJ (must be an east coast thing ): the information on this site (and I'm going to add--the people!!!!) are invaluable. For my W & I, we are not "strict" MB principle followers. However, the success stories from people who *have* used these plans and principles are inspiring and impressive. (Maybe the M does not work--but self- preservation does.)

Why? In addition to what I said above, it's another forum to communicate again. (This was a problem well before my EA.) It's also a good place to vent, to let your feelings out, to accept advice, maybe even give a little advice. It's a tremendous support system. And there are just so many good people here--it makes you feel good to see the growth in them.

For me, it wasn't very hard to get my W here--again, I was the WS--so it wasn't difficult for her to find *anything* I was doing after I fessed up, as she wanted to know *everything*.

Hope things work out for you!

I have a policy of transparent honesty in my relationship, so I let my WS read my posts. From my point of view, I thought it would be a good way for him to see my true feelings and thoughts, but with a little distance. I thought it might be one way that we could start off being honest and practice some of our new communication tools.

Hey! It's hard to be honest with someone face-to-face when you're afraid of them!

Anyway, for some people posting here at MB is a safe place where they can actually say what's on their mind. For other people, it can be used as a place to speak honestly to each other and begin the communication process.
