Has anyone read Dr. Dobson's book "Love Must Be Tough"? Is it similiar to SH approach in using Plan B? I was thinking about buying the book, but if it is pretty much the same, I might pass.

Yes, I have read the book. I recommend it. Most of the books dealing with affairs have some of the same concepts, simply because there are such documented patterns with affairs.
I believe you can also check "Love Must be Tough" out from your local library. It is a good read - I finished it in just a couple of days.
