My h's letter to OW
xxxxxx,
This letter is to confirm that I have told you. There cannot be a friendship between us. And that I will not come into the lab to talk or for coffee.
xxxxx xxxxxxxxx

H typed this letter and then signed it. I think it should all be hand written so OW wont think that I typed it and then made him sign it. I also think there should be more to it, maybe something about how he has decided to be with his wife and family and how much they mean to him. Am I asking for to much or should I be happy with what I got and move on?

You mean No Contact letter, right?

"Told you" what??

Do you believe this letter was sincere, or was he going thru the motions to placate you?

I suggest you not demand anything more - many here would cut off a limb to get this much from their WS.

But you should insist on mailing it yourself.

It sounds as if they're co-workers? If so, and if one of them is not exiting the location, a relapse can easily occur.

I'm with WAT. It seems like most WS's will not write an NC letter. How are the rest of his actions?
