Last night I got an IM from the OW, who is a prominent dentist in Indiana. She told me she noticed that my H was online and she hadn't seen that in years. [he was online because he is out of town and we were chatting before he went to bed. He must have left it on and went to bed] She suggested that she say "hi" to him and I asked her for what purpose. She said to see if he could be trusted. [so sez that paragon of trustworthiness and virtue. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> ] Is that not the stupidest thing you ever heard in your life? I replied that I DID trust him and that it would be inappropriate to IM him. She agreed, wished me goodnight, and I signed off. Well. This morning my DH called me at 7am and said "ewwwwwwwwwwwwww, guess who IMed me last night while I was asleep??" Well, Ms Ho-Bag did IM him after all. So... I wrote her a sweet little email this morning that went like this: <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Hi XXXX, DH called me this morning and said "ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww, guess who sent me an IM last night?" I would appreciate it if you would stay out of our lives and stop trying to play games with my marriage. I realize you have no respect, whatsoever, for things like fidelity, faith, and marriage, but I insist you respect mine and stay away. If DH or I hear from you again, you can rest assured that I will contact your husband. Dana

Fyi is she keeps bugging you both , you can get a restraining order and even file harrassment charges againgst her

She obviously has his screen name still on her buddy list. She must be out there trolling for another victim. How pathetic!
Little does she know that her antics don't rile you as much as they confirm what a loser she is. I believe that all the pain they inflict as horrible as it is, is not as devastating as having such a shallow and meaningless life.

jph, thanks for your kind words. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> Yes, I have always been aghast at how morally bankrupt she is. She is married and has 2 children and hasn't a LICK of remorse for her affair. She meets guys on the internet and invites them to HER HOME when her H is out of town and introduces them to her children. She sleeps with them in her own bed. When I found out about the affair, I contacted her and she was SCANDALIZED and SHOCKED <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> that my DH was married! She vowed to never contact him again, but I was always amused at her hypocritical condemnation of my H for "lying" to her, when she is a liar herself. It really is quite funny how stupid she is. I could NOT help but think of the line from the movie Arthur, where his butler observed about Liza (sp) M. That "you usually find a woman of her stature...in a bowling alley." Of course he did not say what she was doing in the bowling alley. In the case of your OW, I have a few guesses and it is NOT bowling. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> Melody, if this wasn't so sick it would be funny. I, personally, know not to mess with a woman from Texas . . . everything is bigger there . . . it is my kids' favorite joke to tell at Scout camp around the fire. Besides your intimidating helmet hair (which you yourself has indicated is quite large), I have also witnessed your wrath of things to which are unjust. I can only say the woman is just plain dumb. After the HW in my case saw the barely-restrained look of whoop-[censored] in my eye at the last Scout meeting we were at, I dare say she is even avoiding DRIVING where she knows I'm going to be . . . now that she doesn't have my H to "protect" her . . . although, that was a false security. JH actually did not advise me against contacting OM. She was the one who brought it up, and she said it was up to me, but that if I did it I should send him a letter.
I don't plan to, because I don't know what good it would do, other than p*ss off the sparrow. I'd rather just show up somewhere where I know he's going to be and start chatting him up and see if he wets himself.
