Has it been helpful?

We have been to MC a couple of times and it has been good - but it hasn't held. I continue to see the therapist - have been now for 2 years. But I just don't know if we should do it again - maybe try someone different.

We did. Only once (due to cost and other constraints). Loved it. Have no regrets.

The Ws was in denial of sorts at the time and said he hated talking to Steve but guess who took up over 75% of the time? Yep, the WS.

Even to this day, he doesn't think much of Steve, but so what, the fact is Steve did help. Steve helped me and the in-denial WS turned Xws turned H. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

So I believe it is woth it.

Yes, we did one so far and have individual sessions next week. We both loved it because Steve has an actual plan for us to follow. Our MC was useless. We spent every counseling session for 6 months on the same thing - "do you both want to continue the marriage?" "What do you (WH) need from W ... what do you BW need from husband?" Are you doing those things? You need to make a decision. You need to stop seeing OW. Do what you feel.....etc!
Steve was very understanding (he's heard it all before) with WH but let him know in no uncertain terms what he must do. WH wasn't happy at NC but on the other hand he realized he must do it and he has!!!!
It is very expensive and kinda wierd on the phone but it's worth it. We're going to the MB weekend in Sept.
