My H sent me an email today after we had a big blow up last night and I told him goodbye for awhile.... He wrote: "I wish we didn't have that hurtful conversation last night. I was really looking forward to spending the day as a family and with you. It hurts to see or talk to you. I am still so confused and hurt. My hurt sometimes turns into anger and I have to walk away"
This is the email I got from him this morning after he told me last night that he doesn't like marriage and didn't love me. Is this FOG talk? It makes no sense to me.
Me and my son didn't see him at all today. I didn't even respond to his email. Should I have??? He's the one that says he wants to create a void for me and miss me. Should I just ignore his attempts right now?

Yes, answer, and pretend you are okay. Be the future you, the happy one who is either over him or back with him.
If he brings things up, try to reverse babble him. Don't be argumentative. And for heaven's sake, don't bring up anything unless he does!
