I am using Eblaster. Some suggestions:
Get a yahoo email address and have it forwarded to it, rather than your work e mail. Much safer. Mine is forwarding some stuff, but not all. It can't tell me what he is sending or receiving on Yahoo, only on his regular account. I am not getting chat rooms, either. The remote install feature will not work if he is using Microsoft Outlook - it will not allow it in through there. So don't pay the extra for it if it won't load remotely. It works great, but it's not perfect. Be prepared, though, it hurts like h*** to read what he writes.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I have been gone. I am not getting any instant messages. My H may not be using them, but I thought he was. Yahoo, not AOL. Don't know anything about that one. Sorry I can't be more help.
