I got three more days to see D...sunday at 6:00 can't wait........Meagan called at 10:20 am and again at 4:30 pm.........D told me that mommy told her that she does not have to call daddy so much..............Jealous.........D never called her...........I was wondering something....While D is down there is there any statements that I could have D tell her mother to build love deposits.......like the other day I told D to tell mother that I loved her home made Mac and cheese cassoroll....D said WW laughed.............is there any sijustions....or shold I leave it alone till after the hearing..........D also told me that WW told her that she wants to gain some weight back.......( she is so thin she looks bad) WW told D it was because of stress..people must be telling her about the weight....... D told me that WW and OM got into another fight yesterday and did not tell me what about.......GOOD.........but they made up D said....... up.......... How much longer can it last..............Give me some pointers her...........WW wont talk to me yet...She has been asking D questions to ask me...........

how are your martha stewart skills these days...
what about things that get her attention in a different way...
what about you and daughter together re-doing daughters room..
new paint...
paint the furniture fun colors..something fun..
something that excites daugther and something daughter has that is 'safe" to discuss with mom...that gives info about you.... but not about "you"
also
what about inviting some friends together that you and wife haven't seen for a while....
stuff like that always gets back to mom...
let her feel the peripheral seclusion that is of her creation...
a nice evening
good friends
good food
laughter...
something OM CAN"T compete with...
nothing like history....
also says a lot about you not rolling over and going belly up.....
things that make HER go hhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yes, a little party with old friends and their kids ---> play games and have a BBQ....
Dance music on the CD player... lots of laughter and fun going on at YOUR house while WW gets to fight with OM and feel like she's missing out... (which is true)
Re-decorate, paint
Cook, ask WW for her recipes
Dance
Sing Kerioke (sp?)
Take a karate class with your daughter
Buy an ice-cream maker machine
Learn cake-decorating
Blow her mind with what she's missing out of...

well this past weekend I had family up for the first time since WW left...They brought there kids and we had a great time...they would come up every two months for the weekend.......I remember telling WW acouple of months ago that I did not want them up because it was not the same........I know meagan told her all about it.........we had a camp fire all weekend and my sister came up whom was WW best friend.......I know that had to get to her,........Is there things I can tell meagan to tell mom......while she is there.........

Frank, I agree. I would plan on going right into Plan B just after the hearing. You could start working on your letter in the meantime.
I SO HOPE you get full custody.

Frank, its not really Plan B unless you give her a letter. Otherwise its just the silent treatment. It will be real important to write her a nice letter telling her this: 1. you love her 2. her actions are causing you pain and eroding the love and respect you have remaining for her 3. because of this, you ask that she not contact you again until she has ended all contact with OM 4. When she has ended contact she can contact you for discussion See, it is real important to give her this letter before you go dark so that she is left with a good taste in her mouth and knows the path back.
