WMWB, forget what everyone here says about the phone stuff. Talk it over with your attorney. There are major advantages BOTH WAYS in terms of what it'll look like in court, and it really depends on the exact wording in your order.

The fact that your WW has obviously lost it is to your advantage right now.

And more evidence along those lines (so long as it is not physically or emotionally destructive to you or your kids) is a good thing.

The courts are NOT on your side. You need every scrap of evidence you can possibly get. All of it. Testimony from those two cops will be absolutely golden at the hearings. So will a whole lot of similar stuff.

So keep doing what your attorney says. If you need to tell the story somewhere, fine, come and tell it here. But don't listen to our advice. We're not there, and this isn't about saving a marriage or whether you're engaging or not in the drama. It's about doing what's right for your boys, no matter how much **** you have to swallow. (That's my attorney's favorite expression for what going through this is like. She's right.)
