Well I'm new to this but as I understand it plan B is no contact unless a real emergency or that sort of thing.
If he rings what about sounding disinterested, or distracted and say I dont want to talk about it now but you should be paying $x as per the agreement? I know he may have rung by now but I would not respond to readily to much he says, he may be playing with your head, so if he has managed to get you to agree to anything, THINK it over in the light of day and if its NOT acceptable email him or better yet if you have a lawyer have them email him saying you have reconsidered and the ans is no. let us know how you went on this

saw your response so I reckon hes trying to play you. Dont let him get away with that rubbish, can you have someone else email him and ask for $X for the roof etc? As for worrying about wrecking plan B, we have a saying in Aussie, 'just let it go through to the keeper' I think you can get that one ok...just dont worry about the contact...from what I've read here it happens in plan b at times. keep going it sounds like its working to me.

AC,
He can get a copy of his paystubs either on-line or by calling his HR or payroll dept @ work. Most companies that use payroll service providers (ie: Paychecks, Ceridian, ADP, etc.) have on-line payroll access for their employees.
Have you checked out the child support options in your area yet? You can do that.
Do you have a safe 3rd party or check out if you can ask for a mediator? The courts may provide one for a fee unless you can prove hardship.
You may have to let the court know you don't feel safe dealing with him if you can show anger or violent issues and need a free or low cost mediator. Otherwise you may have to pay for a mediator at the going rate.
Wonder why he is counting his pennies? Keep your eyes wide open. This c/b a way to help end the A by spending it to death. LOL!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
