I need my pay stubs so I can go to the court house and find out what I should be paying in support.We need to talk to try and get some things settled.I can not do it thru e-mail and if we don't talk we could both end up getting screwed.So if you think that you can talk with me,please let me know at this address.Would like to talk friday nite to get some things settled.

Stay in Plan B. Why can't he get his paystubs? You can mail them, he can get copies from his employer, whatever.

His saying that you are both likely to get screwed over is hogwash. Nobody is going to get screwed, least of all a faithful spouse.

He's trying to push your panic button and rouse you from Plan B. Don't fall for it. There is nothing you need to talk about until he is able to meet your requirements for ending Plan B. Needing his pay stubs doesn't seem to fall into that category.

hi snowbelle, i sent him an email, i said i would mail him his pay stubs. Also, i cant talk to you right now, it just hurts too hear your voice.

I suppose it was OK to say you can't hear his voice, though I suppose he could take that in a variety of ways. Still, you handled the issue. He'll get his paystubs.

Good for you. Now go watch a movie or something!
