No I dont think you understand the last time I spoke to OM was over 3 months ago! I do not talk to him. I havent even had any type of contact with him, When h found out 3 month ago I was on the pnone with him but have not had any contact with him . I hope you unerstand? I know what i did was wrong and I need to hurt But I have been trying I hope you understand now have had no contact with OM and dont WANT TOOOOO.

Ok ihurt2...that clears things up. I thought you were in a tremendous fog and were thinking that talking to him was not a continuation of the affair.

Given that, the only thing I can tell you to do is to be patient with him. He's hurt beyond what you can imagine and what goes on in his head is torturing him. It will pop up at the most unsuspected moments and if you're around, you'll feel the brunt of it. Be calm, reassure him that you're sorry and that you want to restore your marriage. You've got alot of work to do. Please find a counselor that can help you.

It just is going to take time. He's very, very hurt.
