Pep, Ark, Jl and others-just as you predicted she is stalling signing the separation agreement. Youngest son is now away at college and I am pushing her ever so gently to sign the separation agreement so we both can move on with our lives. The phone calls and emails from and to the OM continue. Although I am not frustrated yet, I am running out of patience. In addition, she lied to me again this weekend about not getting emails from OM. I could force her out using legal action but that would cause more expense and time and would probalby result in a settlement less than what I desire. Any ideas to get this thing moving? Pep has suggested that I appeal to her to get me out of this mess and I have done that but it appears she is ignoring it. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

I'm in the same situation. WH refuses to sign anything. It is better if you can agree, but I just gave up and filed.

Anyway give it your best shot.

What is her reason for not signing it?

Melody-I think that she is unsure that OM will leave his wife for her. He is having big time problems with his daughter who knows of the A. She wants to fence sit and I have let her becuase she wanted to be here when young son went to college. Well now he is gone and I am tired of the phone calls and emails. I'm tired of the affair. Another reason may be that I have done a good plan a and that has created doubts in her mind. But I am now needing to protect me. I can force her out legally but it would be costly and time consuming. She told me last night that she needs more information and I asked what information doe you need? She replied-"I don't know"

hopeful, I suspect that she might be there for a very long time carrying on her affair right under your nose. She is just using your home as a comfortable base from which to live her fantasy.

If I were you, I would start proceedings to get her ejected. She seriously needs a wake up call and you seriously need to live in some peace. She has been wrecking your nerves for long enough.

I think you are destroying any and all potential of future reconciliation by letting her stay and erode any remaining feelings you have. She is also losing respect for you when you let her run over you.

I would contact your attorney today and get this ball rolling. It will do you both good and might very well be the thing to wake her up.

Melody is right. The longer she keeps rubbing the A in your face, the more you will lose feelings for her.

I let my WH go 19 months, and don't respect or want him anymore.
