How do you keep from going crazy? I found out 2 months ago that my H (of now 4 months) at the very least was seeing this girl. I found a cell phone bill with the number on it about 5 times a day. I confronted him he said he was just "talking" to her cause she understood him and we were having so many problems. He also admitted to "seeing" her on a few occasions. He denied having a PA with her (which I am not sure I believe) but I still do not feel I am getting the whole story. Anyway he changed the cell number and swore he would never do anything like that again.
The following month the number was not on the bill but the bill with calls in July has her number back on it. He told me how she got the number which I believe but he continued to talk to her. The number was not on there as many times as the first time but still. He lied to me basically everyday for a month cause I kept asking was he talking to her or any other female. He swore on everyone's life that he was not and would not. Imagine my shock to see the number then.
So of course he changed the number again and is telling me the same thing.. He will never do it again, all he wants is me and our daughter (8 mos), blah, blah, blah. I do not trust him obviously but I am driving myself crazy with worrying about it. Everytime he leaves the house I am thinking he is calling or seeing her. I check his cell phone calls looking for her number or that he has deleted a number. I just do not get how he could see how much pain it caused me the first time and turn around and do it again with the same woman! He swears he does not have any interest in being with her and that if he wanted her he would be with her. But if he wanted me how could he have talked to her again and lied to me so easily. So now I am scared that next week when the new bill is ready I will see the number again. How am I supposed to stop worrying about it all the time. I am driving myself crazy!!! Is there any hope to save our marriage.. I mean it has only been 4 months and he has done it twice that I know of. Maybe I should just cut my losses now as clearly he isnt mature enough to handle marriage (we are both 26). It is not like he is doing anything to try to earn my trust back.
He can not seem to get that his word does not count because he has lied to me so many times. He thinks that just because he tells me that he is not talking to her I should accept it. I do not want to worry him about it all the time because he gets very angry and feels I am nagging him but at the same time I want to discuss my insecurities and lack of trust. PLEASE HELP!

Exhausted & Confused.....From my experiences thus far, you have came to the right place. So I say welcome to MB. There is so much support and information here that it amazes me. I'm pretty new to this but in 5 weeks I have learned how to deal with emotions, use knowledge to understand and basically take myself from the brink of destruction to where I am today. I have a plan and it appears to be working. It's hard but worth it.
Read up on Plan A. Read the links. There are so many folks here that I call the "experienced ones" and I'm sure you'll receive many responses.
I'm sorry that you're going through this. Just know that you are not alone and there are many of us here to help......God Bless.....LS

Exhausted&Confused.....First let me say welcome to MB. You have come to the right place for support, experience and learning. I'm pretty new at this but in the past 5 weeks, I have went from the "edge" to where I am now. Moving forward with a plan. A plan to save my marriage and it amazes me how the folks (who I call the "experienced ones") here have described exactly what's going on and what to expect. It's really helped me and I'm sure the MB principles can help you.
I recommend you read everything you can from here. Especially Plan A. A remarkable way to approach things. Read the links, read other threads, read, read, read. It really helped me early in this to cope.
Again, I'm sorry to hear of where you're at in this. I'm also certain you'll receive straight-forward responses. Some hit home, some hit straight through the heart but all in all it has helped me and many others. You are not alone and keep posting......God Bless.......LS
