OK call me stupid, but how can I stop my contact with my H, when I have children and he is paying for half the debt and he wants his children of course when he wants them, he won't set up a time on a consistant basis. I have an attorney, however they are just begining stages of drawing up legal separation papers. What have others done in this case. Children are 13 (Twins) Both only want to be with him very limited time since the has happened, he does nothing with them other than be in the same room and watch TV according to them. They both beg not to go then they say only for a short time. Help anyone???

From what I have seen on examples of plan B letters is that you arrange to have a friend be the go between for him seeing the kids and dealing with any others matters as well. Of course this wouldn't apply to emergencies.

What about today when my son has a football game, Am I not suppose to go since I know he will be there or just make myself sit completely and as far away as possible. This is middle school there is only one area to sit.
