Didn't want to threadjack the A/D thread. OMG I laughed out loud.

Yeah, why DON'T I join in? Can you imagine?

And, no, I don't think I'll answer TMCM's question.

Well, I just did and H was sitting on the bed telling me to put all kinds of juicy TMI stuff in! If I didn't know better, I'd suspect him of trying to get me booted off the board! Gotta love the guy.

Well, at least there were a few laughs on MB today. I had to take some time offboard to get the kids ready for school and came back to so much sadness and even a whole slew of new names. It just pains me but maybe now that TMCM is back things will start to look up. Have you ever checked out his posts? Great stuff.

How's the job going anyway? Is it harder to spend time here now that you're back to work or are we missing you b/c you're so busy enjoying hubby?? Hope so! KB

KB, I've dredged this up from the bottom of page 2 to reply.

I haven't been posting much - didn't think I had a lot to say and the stuff with Mac and Anyname did upset me a bit. I thought that when I was being upset in my real world by a message board that perhaps I should take a step back every now and then.

You asked about my job. I still love it. The "difficult" person is no longer difficult, in fact she has a wonderful sense of humour and makes me laugh till I cry sometimes. She seems to accept now that I'm not here to "boss her around", I'm here to help the department run efficiently. (When I'm not lurking around on here LOL).

Edited to add: I spent most of yesterday afternoon talking to my 24 yo DD about her relationship with her b/f. She's really torn right now between settling down with him (been with him since she was 15) or breaking up with him. All I want to do is protect her. They're always your babies. I'm so pleased she has the sort of relationship with me that she feels totally comfortable sharing it all with me.

Hey I'm glad things are working out. Having a "difficult" person in the work place is so touchy! I was talking to my sister who is a Senior VP and her Operations Manager sounds like a nightmare but thanks to what I learned on some of the recent threads on MB, I was able to broach the possiblitity of her maybe being passive aggressive. Turns out to be the case according to Sis and management. MB is pretty handy dontcha think??

How neat for you that your DD is so close to you. I'm dealing with the newly 13 year old Barbiedoll lookalike who KNOWS EVERYTHING BETTER!!! I don't even know HER right now, strange. I'm taking her out to lunch right now, can't wait to see where we end up! KB
