How does one check on-line flights given you know the airline used?

1. Can you search by the person's name, or do you have to have their flight number?

2. Can you look-up past flights by passengers? If so, how far back?

3. What is the flight search criteria?

Anyone know these answers that has had to do this?

You can't look up past flights online. These can only be "purged" by the airline directly through their computer system.

You can't find a current online reservation by name or flight only. You must have a "record locator" (a confirmation code which is a series of 6 letters and numbers assigned by the airline), which is only given to the passenger. If they have a print-out of the reservation, or a paper ticket, it will be there.

If you don't have a record locator, you can try calling the airline. The reservation agents aren't supposed to give out info for security reasons, but you can try and maybe you'll get an agent who doesn't care.

Do they have frequent flyer # -I know Continental has all history on account info page -even future reservations . You just need Freq. flyer# and password to access.
You could say you're secretary or mother-they don't have to know how old passenger is - and tell them you lost info on flight or need to make a change . Be really sweet !!
When I was snooping I had them faxing me iteneraries for H and OW . It is pretty easy - if you call enough , you will find someone that is a little slack and give you want you want. If you want to know badly enough ,there is always a way .
I got pretty good at PI work so can really give you some good tips . Even would have hotels sending me complete bills-For expense reports LOL- and could see every detail of their stays including room service !!
Friends thought I should conduct semimars for women helping them through the PI stuff !!
