I am starting this to journal my positive actions towards the salvation of my marriage. hopefully others will join in and list their positve plan A/B actions.
1. Did not react to the "thong panty" incident. Normalyy would have raged in anger and questioned why she had them on. Instead i let her know that i saw them and did not react at all.....big one for me.

My best positive action(s) for the day
-Trying to recapture the good mood I had yesterday. having a hard time, but I'm trying
-Went job hunting this morning
-I am managing to avoid emailing my husband and asking him to commit working on things simply for the promise he made to me five years ago. Asking him if he's unwilling to do this for someone he once loved and cherished, what does he think the future holds for him? Ohhh..I want to soooooooooo bad...but..mustn't..mustn't...mustn't....

Well...my positive thing for today.......going to by paint to paint my bedroom and redecorate my house. I guess that's better than sitting around crying right??????

When I get home I'm going to cut down some overgrown shrubs (gray's 1st rule of gardening - be ruthless), then watch the Packers a little, then go to a rock show. I'm on the guest list, and they have 2 for 1 "not beer"s! I can sleep later this week.
I'm also getting the wedding video tonight, one copy of which I'm going to give to the sparrow.

This may sound wacky but it works for me....
1. Today i am going to try and get in touch with (pray) to my daughter that passed away for guidence. She passed when she was 2 but she actually helped me during my ww first A.
2. turn the lighthouse up a notch.....

-I made a plan to apply for one new job a day. It's much less overwhelming to do it that way than to just say "I need a job" and think about the 10 applications I need to do. One job per day is definitely doable.
-I have not snooped once today and am going to try not to snoop for at least the rest of the day.

-I just reread Pepperband's post about men and heroes. Someone posted something from Mother T's book and I found it inspiring...gonna repost here for you...
