OK, I know this is kind of a dumb question, but I know you all have had your share of sleepless nights.

My mind is racing - I am upset about something, and I just can't get to sleep even though I'm exhausted. Any tried and true suggestions? I've takena hot shower, read, even taken my anti-depressant <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> ...

I have an early morning and long day ahead of me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

Aw crap. I was afraid of that. How about a glass of milk? By directions, I only take my antiD in the morning. I have a prescription sleep pill I am supposed to take every night. I can't tell that it does anything, and I told my Dr. that. He said to take it anyway. His reason- "Because I said.".

thanks, robbie. Brilliant idea, why didn't I think of that? I guess because don't want to be a zombie in the morning, then again, I guess I'll be a zombie if I don't sleep.

Are you the FL robbie, or is that someone else?

No, not at all. I usually have one or two nights a year where I just can't sleep the entire night, but besides that I sleep pretty well.

Of course, when I was in the midst of the M drama, I would often have a hard time relaxing at night - but that was usually solved by eventually falling asleep out of sheer exhaustion after crying till I had nothing left. How I miss those days...

I thought you took nyquil?!?

I usually stay up late and get up early! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

4 or 5 hours of sleep and I'm good as new!

4 or 5 hours? Oh man, I'm dead on that! I'm down to 6 if I go to sleep right now. hmm...

BTW, my 2 year old was obsessed with Finding Nemo for the longest time. Now she won't watch it. lol
