Yesterday i realised that although my husband will not read HNHN or SAA, he will read articles online.

Recently he has brought up several times things that I said to him whilst " in the fog", that he found deeply injuring. I would really like him to gain some insight into what spouses say during the fog so that he can understand that it was not me talking but the fog! I so regret having injured him so deeply. I have apologised over and over and hope that if he can read some kind of article that it will help him to come to some point where he can forgive me.

So...does anyone know of an article, on this site or another, that i could recommend to him or do I need to start a thread?

Debbra, not sure if 'fog' is recognised as a symptom of affairs anywhere but here ! There are several wonderful fog-related posts on this site however, some examples and great descriptions thereof. Not sure its ever been pulled together into a resource though.

Maybe Orchid, expert in reverse Fog babble, could do this one day ?

If I hadn't known about fog I'd've gone crazy during the worst of my WWs withdrawal. WS say some utter drivel in fog but occasionally deliberately hurtful things that only someone who knows us BS as well as they do could construct, and someone who hated us could use.

Try the link in Orchid's sig line. She has some good stuff in there.

I'ld like to add -

WOW, you have 7 kids? I admire you greatly for that alone.

So glad you and DH are working things out, it does the heart good to see a family stay together.

God bless & good luck!

Weaver
