With just an A, the amount of stress that is caused and ferments is tremendous. Add that to: children, your job, etc, et al., I think I can easily be on the edge and see myself pushing myself!
How does everyone deal with the stress of it all here?

i have been told that im on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I wrestle with this question every day.
Here is what i do..
- workout in am - keep busy at work...which is tough for me becasue i work from home and ww is at home as well..thank god we have a big house.....yet it is still in my face..... - go out to see clients even though i dont have to. - *** most importantly...i time my xanax to co-incide with dealing with Ww.
