Hi all. I have been a busy girl this week. Many hours with the atty and therapist. Thought I may have to put my dog down - he is a 13 year old Rottweiler - Doc said not yet though. So that was good.

I filed for divorce Friday afternoon. I now have the task of getting him served. Since we don't know exactly where he lives and he travels for work, I get to try to get him to come to me. I have someone on standby to do the deed. I just want to get this next step over with quickly.

Just wanted to let you all know I am still kicking and breathing. It's time to sleep now, so I will try to keep you informed of any new information.

This has just been an awful 2 1/2 weeks. So many changes, my head is spinning.

Take care all,
In Faith.

Hmmm. That was a very quick decision to divorce.

I'm having the same problem serving my husband. I have had the papers for over a month, but he is hiding. Hope you have better luck than I do.

We're behind you. Not all marriages should be saved.

Even though this decision seemed a no-brainer to some of us here, we know it doesn't make it easy to do from your perspective. But I bet it get easier as you proceed.

My thoughts are with you too, Infaith.

I'm hoping you will still pursue your dream of being a foster parent. Is that still possible as a single woman? I hope so. Take him for every miserable dime he has so that you can pursue your dream.

And do let us know what was in the attic.
