Does anyone else have these? It has been 10 weeks since I found out about my H's affair and I still have these dreams. He is always there to hold me and tell me that it was just a dream, but that's the same thing he said months ago when I'd have them, before I knew. There are good days and then there are days when I can still feel her presence. I don't know if that is because I just don't trust him or what.

I'd guess all BS have some pretty unpleasant dreams.

My WW has been gone for four months, and I had a nasty dream about her just last night. C'est la vie.

I am with you. It has been 3+ months since I found out about my H EA. There are times when I can not sleep at all with one after the other. Other nights just one a nite. And if I am really lucky I had no nightmares. It has to do a lot with my daily worries. My WH is a truck driver who does not stays home nightly. Maybe once or twice during the week and then all weekends. So imagine what it is not having him there to hold me when the nightmares come to devastate my sleep and self at those hours of the night. I do not think they will ever go away. To me the damage has been done. Good luck with yours.

Thanks Gray and Aymeemtz, I am hoping that my dreams become fewer and farther between, and I do realize that I have been dealing with all this for a much shorter time than most of the people here but it's nice to know that I am not alone. Good luck to the both of you and may these go away one day.
