I had asked my W today if she was going in early to see OM. She became upset! To make a long story short, she calmed down and admitted that she had hurt my trust and needed to gain it back.
She called me from work this morning and at lunch and has just called me from home to let me know where she was. She didn't sound sarcastic, but that is a possibility. Should I be hopeful that she is trying to rebuild my trust? I'm just a little suspicious.
Anyone had anything similar happen to them?

dont get overly excited....anything positive is good...but it may be temporary fog lift.....baby steps....proceed with cautious baby steps.... watch for consistency in her behavior....not her words....but her actions.

I think you can be hopeful that your marriage will survive this... I think you can (at the same time) remain suspicious that the affair may not end all at once, and you should remain watchful for signs that she struggles with her desire to contact OM.

She works directly with the OM. I have asked her to not talk to him at all -- I haven't suggested that she quit her job yet though.
I'm very suspicious as it's only been three weeks since D-day and I'm expecting to have to go through many more months of this.
I appreciate everyones help and support.
