Thanks for listening to me tonite Judy. It means a lot to have someone to talk to you like yourself. Both WH and I opened our hearts to you as we prepared for our special day and I look to gain some input as to how I can salvage what I know can reblossom into a wonderful marriage. I know that WH was able to express his feelings towards me in preparation for our wedding day and I am hoping that he will be able to open up again to you. If you feel comfortable, perhaps you can follow up upon the letter with a call (don't know if you do this). WH's contact number is ...... I will be forwarding your letter to him this upcoming week. Whether we seek out help individually or as a couple in the future, I feel like you can help us both grow. Thanks again. Here are the answers to the questions for Tuesday's session. I'll be sending a check for $50 in the mail on Monday.
Her Questions For Me:
What are your needs for a happy life?
-Good health
-Personal achievement through athletics, career, community work
-Social interaction with friends and family
-A significant other who I can share my daily triumphs and tribulations with, someone I can confide in, someone I can share recreational activities with, someone I can share my love and passion with. This would be my marriage. My three biggest emotional needs are affection/physical satisfaction, honesty, and communication. WH used to fulfill these but since the affair, he has distanced himself both emotionally and physically much to my discontent ) :
-Family. Would like to have at least one child, preferably two-a girl and a boy.
-Investments: A house to build the family in.
What are your fears
-Failed health: worry about skin cancer, heart disease, asthma, uncontrollable accidents (car wrecks, bike accident, etc.)
-Being lonely…not being married and being able to share my life, my love with someone
-Not being able to build a family with someone.
-Clausterphobia…anxious in small spaces
-Losing control (feel this way now)
-Letting people down…feel like I have let WH down in someway and this is why he feels so content on ending our marriage.
What do you need friends/family to know?
-I love WH and will forgive him as means to help rebuild our marriage
-That I understand their concern but need their support as I try to rebuild the marriage with WH
-That it will be hard WH face the consequences of his poor choices this past year, to be understanding despite the pain he has caused me.
-To be patient as this may take some time
-That WH needs support as much as I do during this hard time
I will speak with my wedding officiant again on Tuesday so I hope to gain some valuable advice that I can share with you all.
