I am soo tired of hanging there. He comes home last night which is good because it meant that was the second nite he stayed home (truck driver) this week. Monday was the other day. He is usually gone M-Th coming home Friday to Sunday nite. Alright, he gets home and everthing is fine. We spent time together. I helped him with his new log book for work, watched TV, put the kids to bed, shower and get intimate then go to sleep. All normal.
He started a new job this week and he is not sure it is going to go well and is all stressed out. Today calls me to get him phone numbers of other companies in the area. I know when he is stressed is usually when he has contact with her. I know that they are having lots of problems so I am still hanging in here because of that, but while checking stuff around found out he called her this morning when he left the house. That just killed me, specially after last night and how well it went.
I sat down and got the book, Surviving the affair and wrote a letter for plan B which should go into place late January according to my time frame for plan A. I can not beleive how relief I felt after writting the letter. It was like seeing for sure there were options and a solution to all this in the near future. I felt in control and powerful and renew energies to keep on plan A and being Mrs Perfect Sweet Wife.
January will be 7months of D-day. I do not want to give up the holidays for them to make deposits in their love banks specially because I know she wants the holidays and has been already complaining about it. We have a weekend in October coming up to be alone in a hotel in the turist area and I plan to make it fun. I am working on building happy-happy memories to go by when the bomb explodes the new year. I am just praying he hangs in there and wont leave me before plan B. After writting the letter it is me who wants to make the decision. I have the feeling we will get to plan B because he has not chosen to leave her yet and it has been 3.5 months. As hard as it has been, I will just keep working on building happy memories and taking care of his needs.
Wish me luck. Thanks for letting me vent.

Once I figured out that it was making me upset I just stopped.
It sounds like you took out your frustrations in a very positive way. Good Job!!! I also find it very empowering to be doing something. Writing the Plan B letter is a great outlet. In fact, you have inspired me to go ahead and write mine. I have been obsessing too much in the past week and a Plan B letter is just the ticket.
Thanks,
C.

I thought writing the letter so early will be like giving up hopes that plan A would work but after seeing what is going on, I feel I am being more realistic. Hope writing yours helped you as much as it helped me.
